By downloading, installing, or using Younger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Use License
Permission is granted to download and use Younger for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the App
- Using the App for commercial purposes
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Younger or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Photo Library Access
Younger requires access to your photo library to function. You grant this access at your discretion. We do not access, store, or transmit your photos or videos. All processing occurs locally on your device.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- Backing up your photos and videos
- Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Updates
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
